About HExH
Human Experience House (HExH) provides independent human experience consultancy, observation, analysis, facilitation and practical recommendations relating to customer, client, employee, stakeholder and operational experience.
Professional boundaries
HExH is not a law firm, employment-law adviser, regulated financial adviser, technical security consultancy or substitute for a client's internal HR, legal, compliance, safeguarding or other specialist function.
HExH does not provide legal advice and does not act as the client's HR department. HExH may identify experience issues, patterns, friction or concerns that require specialist advice. Where a matter appears to require legal, employment, safeguarding, regulatory or other specialist intervention, the client remains responsible for obtaining the appropriate professional advice and taking the relevant formal action.
Employee experience and sensitive matters
HExH can review employee experience, listening, communication, management experience, fairness and related themes. This is distinct from conducting a formal disciplinary, grievance, whistleblowing, safeguarding or employment-law investigation. Any formal investigation work would require separate written scope, appropriate qualifications, safeguards and professional arrangements.
Website content
Information published on this website is provided to explain HExH's approach and areas of work. It is not a substitute for advice tailored to a particular organisation or situation.
Client engagements
Any paid HExH engagement will be governed by a written proposal, scope and client agreement setting out the specific services, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, confidentiality, data protection, intellectual property, liability and other applicable terms.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the HExH methodology, frameworks, templates and general know-how remain the intellectual property of HExH. A client's specific deliverables and permitted use will be defined in the relevant engagement agreement.
